TAARA is committed to rescuing stray, neglected, and abused animals in Bicol. We provide shelter, rehabilitation, and help them find loving, responsible homes while upholding animal welfare laws and compassion.
We envision a community where every animal is safe, valued, and cared for — a Tabaco City where cruelty has no place, and kindness towards animals is part of everyday life.
Since 2021, TAARA has grown from a small group of volunteers into a trusted partner in rescue operations in Bicolandia. From street corners to evacuation sites, we respond to calls, take in animals in crisis, and work with adopters, vets, and donors to give each pet a chance to heal.
From rescue calls to adoption day, TAARA’s work follows each animal’s journey. These are the pillars of how we serve animals and the people who care about them.
